_{Maenctric!Geary: “Help me! Please! My babies! They're missing and I don--” Geary zoned out by now. The mother was already frantic and pacing back and forth. Tears streamed down her yellow budded face and it only caused the other to feel all the more awkward at the situation. She understood what had to be done. The babies had to be found before they were attacked. Plus it was near winter so they would definitely get hurt out in the snowy weather.

“Alright alright I got it. I'll find your children.” She was lucky she was doing this for payment. But her fathers words were echoing in the back of her head about helping those in need of help. She wouldn't let her papa down. Moving off, Geary kept her head low, sniffing out the trail for these babies. Such a frustrating thing to do right now. She was sure they would be frantic once they realised their mother wasn't close by them. Maybe they had fallen into the lake? Ears twitched back at the thought of dissatisfaction that would be.

The tree roots were thick by now, raised up out of the ground and stretched out. There had to be water nearby. Her attention was caught as she heard the sound of an angry whispering. Turning, her attention was drawn to a Celebi that had been following her for a while now. Probably because she had never been in this part of the forest before. Staying still, she continued to watch it, wondering whether it would attack her or not. But as the Celebi moved back into the trees, she turned away. She was just being watched for now.

It was then she could hear the sound of the whimpering babies. Great. More tears. But coming over she sniffed around until she peaked into a bush and had two pairs of eyes staring back at her with fear etched all over their little... bodies. “Come on out. You're mother is looking for you.” She cooed to them, watching as they sniffled a little but bounced out from their hiding place, staying close to her feet as she continued to walk back through the forest. By the end of the trip she allowed them on her back where they fell asleep, probably from the warmth of her fur.

Once she arrived back to the nest she had the mother rush over and scoop them up, not without thanking her many times over and over. To Gearys surprise, she was giving a small bracelet and a bundle of berries. Guess this was all worth it in the end. Thanking the other, she left with her payment.
